After a short and structured briefing, our site-visits are organized with strict protocol, in order to provide you with the most efficient solutions.
We can select hotels, meeting rooms, congress halls, convention centres, but also ground transportation, restaurants, technical suppliers and crews, field staff (hostess, security), etc.
A comprehensive report, including pictures, costs, availability is sent the day after the return from the visit.
